This past Friday, I went to the river at sunset. It is so nice to walk through my backyard, across the pecan orchard I live in, and be able to watch such a beautiful sunset over the Rio Grande. Hard to believe I actually live here!

Man the rio grand is not as grand as i imagined
Well, it is actually pretty big here. That pic is taken atop about a 25' bank. This is one of the deepest and widest parts of the river in the area.
